“RIDING TO BAÑOS”

From Highlands to the jungle!!!

Starting at Riobamba, we leave in our private vehicle for bikes and people towards Penipe city, located after 45 minutes driving. Form this point we start our journey, with our biking guide, we´ll prepare our bikes and equipment to begin the route. We´ll start our first 10km in paved surface, until heading Cahuaji; snack. From this point, we´ll take a dusty path towards “Los Pájaros”, the main entrance to Baños city, our trip is surrounded with marvelous views of green landscapes, close to the Chambo River (after become Pastaza river), we´ll cross uphills and downhills, all of them joined with the presence of the most Active volcano: mama Tungurahua.

At our arriving in Baños, our lunch will wait for us and a relaxing bath at the “Manto de la Virgen” hot springs will be our reward!.
